And when cooled down enough, like all things, It will turn to a solid. And when the solid is heated up it will turn into a liquid. And when the liquid is heated up it will turn to gas.
This could work, but fire characteristically does nothing special when cooled. It already turns to plasma when heated, though I'm not sure if it'd break anything if it changed forms when cooled.
