    it is like any other rpg except for one thing. You Make the decisions. you can start by making your character.

    rules: i will be the game master
    updates will include: 1 on one battles (VATS)
    leveling up/perks
    specialties
    NPC factions: TBA

    Your decisions will include: what you want to do
    who you want to fight
    conversations with others
    alliances


    How VATS will work: i will flip a coin the person who is being attacked. i am completely neutral and only control the NPC
