No fire without....Oxygen!

hey guys, I noticed that you can make a fire in a closed area, even if It doesn't have any oxygen! In real life, It wouldn't burn long, but in the powder toy there's no problem. I would suggest to '' fix '' that. The update could also come with a wall that make oxygen and some liquid oxygen! Do you think it's a good idea? Or you are ok with the current settings? Post, comment and talk.

The problem is we can't try to simulate over 1 googol worth of physics. If we did then where's my pay check?! Also making fire with clone and without oxygen could collide into ruining some simulations.

I think it is fine without oxygen simulation. It just makes making stuff a heck of a lot easier.

I think if oxygen had to be a necessary component of combustion, the PT would really lose all of its fun...
If it makes you feel better MasterMind, you can imagine all of the current explosives are currently mixed with a self oxidizing agent, like potassium nitrate or potassium perchlorate...

is a 'googol of physics' possible? its like saying a 'bucket full of phone-calls' or what ever.
and besides if you wanted to be fancy, you should of said a 'googolplex' (10^googol) .

People are getting crazy with realism. Powder Toy is a falling sand game, not real life.

did you know that Google's (the search engine) HQ's is called the googleplex?
and apparently there is not enough physical space in the universe to write down all of the zeros in a googolpex...

nope, there in't enough space in the universe to contain the paper needed to write the amount of 0's at the standard writing size (I read that in a book about numbers for Kindergardeners about 10 years ago 0_O ) and I knew about googleplex HQ for their google wave video mentioned it

Actually, there is not enough atoms in the visible universe.
