New Wall type - "Allow"

    What if there was a wall that could allow you to let certain particles to fall through while holding all the other un-selected particles back? Then you could make a fireworks maker using dust, neutrons, and with this wall, the FWRK would fall through and land in a collector. As Cr15py said, maybe it could be activated by the first particle it touchs.

    This would be easier to implement as an element, since walls are notoriously difficult to mess with.

    ...It could be built into Filter, someday.

    That would just ruin the fun of having to build a filter your self.
