    You could mod it. It would be a cool project and fun. But I really don't think it will make it in the game.

    Nope because most people think such things are sick and wrong, what about the fact that you let students operate on real dead human bodies? Or that you conserve dead babies in jars?

    thats a shame cos that is actually a brilliant idea. sure you'd need heaps more elements but it could let you do so much more....

    you could make an element that when something hits it, it produces blood. and maybe if photons hit the head it falls off and blood squirts out.
