The bottom layer should be conv with the ctype of your choice and must have a tmp of filt.

The next layer is conv(filt) with a tmp of phot, and the last layer is pcln(phot)

You can stack multiple MLRs ontop of each other to double the regen effect.
You can also stack different MLRs of different elements to create an alloy that uses both elements at the same time.

The simplest form of MLR given here makes 4 layers simultaneously. (not per frame)
