How Do I Get Mods On ChromeOS?

Im on chromeos and i need mods for a save i know its requires lua but i just need to get the command to do it

Depends on whether or not your chromebook is managed by a school district or one you personally own.
If you personally own it, simplest way is to download powder toy via google play and use the in app console button to type in tpt.installScriptManager()
The second option is to set up the Chrome OS linux vm and probably extract and run the powder toy linux executable in Chrome OS.
From there follow the instructions to install script manager, either using the console or downloading the lua file.
Neither can probably be done if your school manages your Chromebook.
