5 questions I have for the Powder Toy

    1. If everyone uploaded a save at once, would the Powder Toy servers explode? How much data would it be?

    2. If STKM dies if it touches anything too hot, why doesn't it die in hot ambient heat?

    3. Was layering a feature or a glitch?

    4. What if all the saves on TPT got deleted due to a issue with the servers and it reset?

    5. What's the big deal with bagels

    1. Do you mean all TPT users, or do you mean all 8 billion humans in the world?

    2. Stickman-related ideas are on the list of rejected suggestions.

    3. Probably a feature. If it were a glitch, it would be fixed.

    4. If all the saves were to deleted, then there would be no more saves.

    5. BGLA → BAGL → BAGEL → bagels

    1. TPT servers handle ~ 13.5 MB per minute on average every day. If all registered TPT users (~ 260,000 of them) uploaded an empty save, then that would be less than 100MB in size, which TPT servers can easily handle. If all registered TPT users uploaded a save fully filled with random elements that have random properties, that would be over 1.3TB in size, which will probably crash TPT servers.

    2. STKM code was written way before ambient heat was implemented, so it doesn't handle ambient heat.

    3. Layering is a glitch, but it was left unchanged.
