Pasting stamps as layers?

I want to be able to paste stamps on top of eachother. It would make it way easyer to make layered creations. Possibly a toggleable setting?

Thank you! That makes a sense why it wouldnt be officialy supported, but is there a mod that does it? All I can find are "layering helpers" that just do 1 pixel at a time.

The "Subframe Chipmaker Script" has a move tool that can move chunks of materials on top of eachother, but also moves all layers below unfortunately
