it says my fps is 60 and i know its not my computer because sometimes it does go to 59,99.

the game is normal, then i try to load in a save, and it doesn't work. time is practically frozen, i know that because putting like a 1000 tons of tnt, and spreading a massive fire right next to it won't light any tnt, even the ground doesn't care and everything doesn't change at all. is this a feature? if yes, then how do i disable it?

(im new to this game, and went in with nothing but the steam description)
