I once created a machine to make PLUT from ISOZ:

I has an attachment to replace dissolved STOR.  When I found out STOR can capture particles from 2 pixels away I got the idea to make a better design with fewer parts:

I used a thin layer of DMND to protect the STOR, but the STOR is still being dissolved.

We should make STOR immune to ACID, or make ACID only dissolve things it's directly touching, not things from 2 pixels away.
