Seaside City - my first city

    Basically, it's a city near a beach that floats on the water. There is a plane, a sunbather, a fisherman, a gardener, a wind turbine, a boat, a submarine which has a guy who is stealing PLUT... a helipad with a helicopter.... a swimmer, a beach ball, scuba divers, a TV (that works thanks to DAVPPK), someone in a bathtub...
