    as per title, {f} in a sign shows "V:+/-# H:+/-#" based on the velocity value of that tile (the same numbers used to calculate the viewmode colouration)

    would help with a few things I'm throwing around

    Hrm, this seems right in line with my suggestion about a way to view the speed of particles. Not saying you're copying my idea since you're talking about flow rate, just that we both talked about viewing the speed.

    I know how to do it, if velocity even has a rate.
    Interface.c controls signs and the {p} and {t} symbols.
