Remove the Water and concrete = paste interaction

    I dislike it that I can't make concrete and water exist next to each other anymore

    with some of my water dam systems the water erodes right through my concrete.

    INB4: use broken metal for destruction

    NO, I don't want to because once you break the metal it never goes back unless you melt it, concrete is the only element that is able to stand straight up.

    and I can't make conglomerates of materials for my ground, so that I can have a mix of stone, metal, and brick combinations to make colorful ground mixtures.

    Please remove this, if anyone's listening. I hate it too, but you can always use SLTW until it's hopefully removed

    I thought it would be better to have an element like "cement" that you would mix with water to form concrete or something.
