It actually is that hard.

However, you can double the size of the screen (although you won't get more pixels, they'll just be bigger)
Assuming you're on Windows,

1. Make a shortcut to the .exe
2. Shortcut > right click > properties
3. Append scale:2 to the end of the text box
4. Open the shortcut. Size should be doubled.

Alternatively, you can just change the screen resolution if you don't mind doing that. Which is what I do.

i can make different sizes but you will not be able to acess them in the smaller versions
