Element RIME?

    What is the element RIME? I saw it while using vacuum on water, then mixing the water vapor with smoke and pausing, cooling it with COOL and coldflame. Then it just appeared. what does RIME do? I think the smoke has nothing to do with it, and the only thing that turned to RIME was the water :\

    RIME is created when you cool down WTRV to freezing too fast.
    SPRK some METL touching the RIME for FOG.
