Is FILT illegal in making walls?

So I was wondering if FILT is cheating bcs it acts like a nerfed version of WALL because it blocks almost everything and only LIGH or DRAY can pass through it for all i know

There are different WALL variants that only allow specific things to pass

filt can be destroyed by warp,virs,cray,dray,dest,bomb,pstn,sing,weird overstacking stuff that i dont understand, and conv warp.
It really depends on what level of wall, anti-nuke, antiazure, or truewall like. I would say filt is fair for antiazure and up.

Azure bombs can have WARP and EXOT so I don't see any reason why you can't use FILT
