    works like pipe but for heat - in put will get heat and make heat go to out put
    and input will cool things to absolute 0 when output will overheat them to maxium temperature

    Sounds like a heat pump.

     i mean it will cool input to absolute zero and give absolute all energy to output - 1 thing that does even little heat will coold down to absolute zero while other side will overheat untill maxium heat - maxwell demon

    VIBR can help with this, but not cool below zero degrees Celsius. It is close though.
