MIni bomb

The mini bomb element would be like a smaller version of the bomb doing a third of the damage with a smaller radius, this would be fun to use on smaller creations (like a small house) or to make small damage to your creation if you want to.

Unfortunately, this probably isn't different enough from BOMB to warrant a new element. Plus, there are other ways to do the same thing.
