Here's some saves listing (perma)banned users:

Here are valid ban times:

• 1 day
• 3 days
• 5 days
• 7 days
• 10 days
• 15 days
• 30 days
• 60 days
• Permanent

 You will receive just a warning and action denial the first time you break a rule.

Here are some terms for the Boviniverse which may or may not be related to bans:

Pure cow opposer-someone who ignores every rule to try and destroy all cows, the most extreme form of cow opposer.

Cow opposer-someone who opposes all cows and attempts to defeat them, originally called anti-cows.

Action denial-A moderator or administrator of the Boviniverse prevents an action from happening. This usually is only for rule violations although if something is technically allowed but just silly we can deny it too.

Anyways here are the basic rules and ban times:

Union Boviniverse

• No using empires(obviously), 1-7 days depending on how much you did it and action denial.
• No pure cow opposers, 7-30 days depending on severity and perm for some special few, and action denial.
• No ignoring warnings, I'll usually give you another warning but if you keep doing it I will alter ban times from other things accordingly, also action denial.
• No ban evasion-resets main's ban time, both accounts have their ban times increased to the next stage, if done more than once it will result in perm. Also action denial.
• No being excessively overpowered, 3-30 days depending on how overpowered you were, and action denial.

Less severe sentences, most of these just carry warnings:

• No spontaneous war declarations, warning-1 day. No more BWIIs, please. I will deny the declaration.
• No ignoring bans, action denial and warning.

Normal rules of The Powder Toy apply on top of these.

Empire Boviniverse

• No pure cow opposers, 10-60 days depending on severity and perm for some special few, and action denial.
• No ignoring warnings, this first starts with another warning and then I ban you for one day stackable, and action denial.
• No ban evasion-resets main's ban time, both accounts have their ban times increased to the next stage, if done more than once it will result in perm.
• No being excessively overpowered, 7-30 days depending on how overpowered you were, and action denial.
• No destroying large celestial bodies instantly, anywhere from warning and action denial-perm depending on the scale, also action denial. The reason for this should be obvious.

Less severe sentences, most of these carry warnings:

• No spontaneous war declarations, warning-1 day. No more BWIIs, please.
• No ignoring bans, action denial and a warning.

Normal rules of The Powder Toy apply on top of these.

Here is some general information about 'ranks' that we use to define who can do what:

Guest: these users are not affiliated with the Boviniverse but are currently interacting with it, they cannot declare wars or link their universe to the Boviniverse.

User: A user who is affiliated with the Boviniverse, can declare wars(if justified) and can link their universe with the Boviniverse.

Moderator: These users are capable of enforcing the rules listed in this topic if and only if there is an actual rule violation. Other than that, they function like a normal user.

Administrator: These people are capable of moderating and changing rules. This is the highest 'rank' there is, note that all TPT moderators and Administrators have this rank by default.

Note that these rules can be interpreted as needed by a moderator or administrator. These rules serve as a framework for moderation and are not strict, although moderators may not stray too far from them or face consequences themselves.
