place some plasma then type in console !set type plasma ligh then at the minimum set each quarter of the new spawned ligh with the tmp(not temp) 90, 180, 270, 360 so that  it will spread

just use tron lol, tron always spawns with a heavily randomized tmp, then u can !set type tron ligh and it will spread across the screen everywhere. also, set the ligh's life to 65535 (the max) to make it stretch super far.
