well there is a flaw with the way that-

    powder toy stamps work like if i have the powder toy einrar file open the stamps show up but they dont if you close the powder toy winrar file this doesnt happen to the snapshot version i think

     but from what i can decipher from this cryptic message, i think you are meant to extract the files from the zip first
