Cool idea. Maybe some sort of notifications as a button in the save browser menu with a number next to it showing the ammount
There could be notifications like "You've got X new upvotes on your save" "This save has reached FP" "You've got X new comments on your save" and when you click on them they just show you the save

Yes, i would like features like that, it is hard to keep up with what's happening on a save sometimes so this is a nice idea.
