Electronic material, similar to LCRY. Activated by PSCN; deactivated by NSCN. When deactivated, appears as a dark gray color. When activated has a brightness level of its tmp and the same color as the FILT one pixel below it(no FILT below it=dark blue). The tmp-based brightness level goes from 0(pitch black) up to 100(all white); anything above 100 also appears as white.

The problem with just deco means that lcry can only be 1 color, by using this you can make the color activly change with just heat, or the FILT color, and you can also change the brightness as well, if this did exist the computers that people make could have a more colerfull display.
