    i was wondering if i could make a tpt fan website? is it against an agreement or copyright?

    Well it is a "Fan" Website. People can make fan websites for anything. So I'm guessing it's fine to make a fan website.
    But for our sake, try not to say bad stuff about TPT or stuff which isn't true.
