Stamps and Copy

Why can't you place stamps and things you've copied accurately? You can place it only in a 4x4 radius and it is very annoying. Is there a way to fix this?

This is so walls (which are 4x4) align properly. You can align particles (but not walls) with single pixel granularity with the arrow keys though.
