SLCE (silicone)

Silicone is a low-viscosity liquid that can adhere to solids and walls, its viscosity can be changed based on temperature. At room temp, it would slowly solidify to SCRB, or Silicone rubber, and at 250*C, it would melt back into SLCE.

Other assorted Properties of SLCE and SCRB:

SLCE and SCRB are extremely gas permeable, no matter the thickness it will alow gasses through it (although the permeability can be decreased by either cooling them down or heating them up)

SLCE is very sticky, it will adhere to a solid's or wall's surface, no matter the side of the solid

SCRB would have low conductivity, basically a meltable form of INSL

SLCE would be formed by mixing molten Silicone and Gel together, but would form with a low viscosity

SLCE and SCRB would be dark grey or black in color

It would be nice to have a new element like gel that sticks to things
