the new command will be /ban,that will ban someone in a room if you are the owner,banning a user with a reason and added in the ban list of the room that user,/ban {user} {reason} to ban a user,/unban {user} to remove that user from the ban list,the message for the banned user from a room can be

* You have been banned from the room {room} by {user}:{reason}

and moved that banned user to the kicked room,and that user cannot be allowed from that room until the owner of that room removes that user from the ban list
