New ARAY function

    I propose that if ARAY is sparked with PTNM, then it produces a beam of orange ARAY (like with PSCN) that passes through metals (like with INST). This would simplify optical transmission, and solve the problem I have in id:2764354.

    *or some other element (PTNM? PTCT? TUNG? TTAN? GOLD? SLCN?)
