good cooling tool?

    i made something that extracts salt from salt water(i know how original lol) but i need to know what can cool the steam quick, any help plz

    CFLM, NICE, LN2 or FRZZ works fine.

    Use stable (2x2 block works well) GOL particles.

    I some times go over board with these things. I once used pressurised uranium for a heat source of a desalination plant.
