But in order to change the temperature of these elements automatically, it is necessary to create too complex devices based on PROT, because the existing way of deserializing temperature (using HSWC) only works with heat conductive elements.

My suggestion: add TSNS the ability to deserialize temperature to any elements (by analogy with LSNS). This feature will allow you to create many more complex devices that do not need to use tools to configure.
