    BTRY generates SPRK.  If ABAT turns SPRK into it's ctype--and thus blocks electrical current--we already have INSL to block electrical current.

    ABTR will just attract SPRK andabsorb it but we already have elements which dont conduct. ABTR could be pretty useless to me.
