AMER is formed when high pressure URAN is bombarded with NEUT.  It is normally non-radioactive, unless bombarded with ELEC.  When overwhelmed by ELEC, it disappears and releases a burst of max pressure and max temperature as well as a gravity well of 35(enough to cause OXYG, NBLE, CO2, and HYGN fusion) and 3 PROT, 1 PHOT, and 1 NEUT.  Also able to turn SPRKs into ambient heat(requires ambient heat)
