Flip Copy and paste

    Um, I'm not sure if this is the right place but it would be nice to add a flip for copy and paste to the game as when I try to destroy a city or something most of the time the laser is the wrong way round being able to flip copy and paste maybe with x when in paste mode?

    R rotates, Shift+R flips horizontally.
