Element Idea: ANAC (Anti-acid)

    ANAC is either a Powder or a Liquid (Devs choice)
    If any is put on ACID, the acid particals become Diluted Acid (DACD), and spreads like VIRS with other elements in the Acid. which brings me to no. 2
    DACD Is a diluted version of Acid. and it has a LIFE factor, when it reaches 0, the DACD Becomes ACID once more. More than likely useless, but i think it'd be intresting to see!
