Unfinished game

I'm making a machine that plays an RPS-like game called water sponge fire (or WSF.)  The part that the user controls is complete but the "opponent" is in need of a part that will allow ties to occur.  Here is the prototype:

Complete with SAND-based randomizer.  I also used portals instead of WIFI in some areas to avoid coming up with a lot of individual channels for each WIFI.  The biggest PSTN-pushed FRME moves DRAYs that replace one CRAY with PRTI based on the user's chosen move.  I need a means of sparking the aforementioned PSTN a certain number of times based on the user's chosen move before the "opponent's" INST is sparked by the randomizer.  The PSTN that moves the single pixel of PRTI and the PSTN that moves the BTRY should both work fine but it's still worth checking.  Also I found that the PSTN that's supposed to push the biggest FRME doesn't push it when it's PSCN is sparked.  You may need to turn of decorations and turn on debug mode.
