A solvent is a substance that dissolves other things. I'm mainly suggesting this because solubility hasn't exactly been
implemented in TPT in a proper way. We have ACID which is fun to use, but it doesnt dissolve anything per se, it just shrinks, heats up and absorbs other materials.
My idea for this element would either be two new elements (NPSO) and (POSO), or one base element(SOVT)
that uses values such as TMP and TMP2 to store polarity information that could be changed by things
like SALT/ACID and SOAP/WATR to change solubility for different materials, this allows for transport and reactions of elements that can be difficult even for PSTN, while being completely destructible.
Either element would have a high (600-800C~) boiling point in which they boil off/evaporate into either GAS as most solvents are hydrocarbons or a dedicated gas element, and at least two modifier elements to change solubility. At low temperatures (-10C) the solvent could precipitate it's contained elements into the nearest air. Modifying the solublity of the solvent using SALT to lower and WATR/SOAP could also precipitate a element by lowering it's solubility in the solvent.
This element could also be a catalyst for cool in-solvent chemical reactions as well, it opens the doors to a ton of new and interesting game mechanics as this would be a new type of element interaction. Things such as purification, blood/cell simulations, self repairing mechanisms, destructible element transport, breeder reactors, uran/plut reprocessors and more.
Here's a short list of elements that could be dissolved along with a solubility number that can indicate if the nearest element is soluble if solublity >= solubility # apart from negative solubility

Along with these, I think it would be interesting if select dissolved elements could also react with the simulation, such as dissolved URAN reacting with pressure, PLUT/DEUT reacting with neutrons in the solvent.
Solvents are also used in many manufacturing processes as a reaction medium, and in other processes such as nuclear reactors, some of these processes could be replicated in TPT. OXYG or WATR dissolved in solvent could react with OIL dissolved in solvent to form DESL, SLTW could transfer SALT to solvents and convert to DSTW, and many other reactions.
The biggest question with this is how to handle different amounts of different dissolved elements in the same mass of solvent. ACID deals with this by not storing any data on what the dissolved materials are, and only storing the concentration as the life value.
