How to change a save's publicity

Hello, I created a save a while back titled "Human Heart Artwork"; I have updated the save but at some point I hid it from public. I am unable to find any option to make the save public again, though it is on the server.
I don't want to reupload a new save as it's my best save and I'd like to keep the record.
I looked on here a bit and on the wiki but couldn't find any way.

I was also having issues changing the title/description, the game wouldn't let me do it without making a new save, so had to post a comment to log the changes.

It's surprising that you're unable to find an option to publish the save, as you can only unpublish it the exact same way you can publish it: either change the state of the Publish checkbox when saving the simulation to the server (which, if you don't change the title, just updates the existing save), or selecting the save in the save browser (by checking the box in the top right corner of the thumbnail) and clicking Publish/Unpublish at the bottom. As for changing the title, that's not possible without creating a brand new save.

Ah, that might be the issue. Yeah, I was trying to put [Updated] in the title. Guess that's just a limitation then. In that case, I'll try just keeping the title and publishing it again. If that doesn't work, I saw on the wiki mods can change pubilicty, so maybe you could do that for me. Thanks for you help.

Ok, I tried what you suggested. But it said the save has been disabled; I read on the wiki that if you get a permanent ban all saves get this, but I've only had 1 temporary ban before? And I can still upload new saves, or reupload this one, and update this one, just not update and publish it. Unless, if even just a few day ban does the same thing to your existing saves or something? I'm not sure.
