Cloned photon behavior

    As shown in this test save id:2572580, PCLN and CLNE produce different amounts of photons. PCLN creates a neat and even beam, while CLNE's beam is uneven and low quality. They should produce the same amount of photons.

    That's intentional, powered clone was made to be more useful for lasers so the beams are straighter and more consistent.

    I checked the entry for PCLN and saw that, but I don't understand why that behavior wasn't replicated for normal CLNE instead of just powered types.

    Perhaps because it's still intentional as more appropriate elements are needed for users who want to create something, like proton lasers, because CLNE element is mostly useless in weaponry (Possibly)
