basically, a GUI where you can easily change the filt spectrum by clicking where you want put a line, and you can zoom in on the spectrum too. located in the Tools category, named FSPM. description is "Tool for easily changing FILT spectrums." colour in menu would be rainbow. works by clicking any pixel of FILT and then the GUI pops up. after you set the spectrum and hit "Save" in the GUI, the tool will change the spectrum of the FILT pixel you clicked to whatever spectrum you set. there will also be a "Cancel" button if you decide you don't want to change the spectrum of that FILT pixel. right clicking will remove lines from the spectrum. there could also be a drop-down menu where you can set the filt mode. this would make computers and other electronic FILT stuff way easier to make.
