Since the old new elements page was getting long, cluttered and off-topic, I have decided to make a new page. THESE ARE THE RULES, IF THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE PARTS OF YOUR POST THAT BREAK THEM WILL BE DELETED!: The idea behind The Powder Toy is innovation to MAKE everything possible, not relying on developers to code exactly what you need.
WHAT TO SUGGEST -Elements that specifically have a use that may be used in a variety of circumstances.
WHAT NOT TO SUGGEST -Elements that follow the rules of chemistry, for example, elements that would ionize, bond, be different pH levels of acids/bases, etc., unless they provide a new innovation that will enable many new, useful creations. We don't need aminoethylpiperazine to react with carminic acid to form tetrachloromethane. -Elements similar to ones we already have (TNT, for example, would be about the same as rubidium). TIPS -Attempt to keep your suggestion short and simple, while still retaining the original purpose. -Code for elements is greatly appreciated. Check out the wiki at ________ to learn how to code your own element. -Please be respectful to the ideas of other users. -Do not post off-topic comments, as those would make it inefficient for developers and users to read. -If your suggestion incorporates an element we already have and just tweaks it, see if you can do it with logic gates and circuitry first (or ask the community to). -Your post is subject to moderation if it does not follow any of the above guidelines. Thanks to bchandark for guidlines
you should specify "useless elements". maybe like this:
erwins_cat:
the new elements should have interesting properties which can't realised with previous elements (like NTCT and PTCT etc). therefore, we dont need another 510927482 elements which only can burn or explode. or the new elements should have new interesting interactions with other elements (like water, dest. water, salt water [densitiy change etc]). FIRE + *insert-random-explosive-here* isn't interesting at all. there are alot of other elements named here without imaginable suggestive properties or interactions.
and maybe write "read first post!" or something like that in the topic's name
ANOTHER RULE IS PLEASE DO NOT WRITE AN ESSAY FOR ONE ELEMENT HERE! IT MAKES IT INEFFICIENT FOR MOST TO READ. JUST TELL US THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES. EVEN BETTER IS TO POST A CODE FOR IT!
electric conductivity timer elements. elements like metal, but less/more conductive so they slow/speed the spark: ect1: 10 pixels per sec ect2: 8 pix per sec ect3: 20 pix per sec etc...
for: simpler and more accurate timed sparks. any other reason you could think of
some elements like water, swater, metal already do something like this, but the point is you know the speed of progression of the spark trough the wire. could be useful for electronics. (i think it would need its own category in the electric tab)
Lockheedmartin triclops200 Caps lock makes it a lot harder to read. Just bold it or something, it looks like you are yelling (which, admittedly, may be your intention).
Anyway, "periodic table of the elements" is a bit unclear. I was thinking something along the lines of this for the first post.

Don't have any suggestions right now, but I'll post if I can think of any.
