Feedback Forum Suggestion

Since it can be hard to tell if a suggestion is truly accepted or rejected, there should be an indication of that in the post icon.

Currently, the post icon is a piece of paper, but instead could be changed to a:

    • Question Mark (Yellow), for undecided suggestions. This is what all posts start out as.
    • X (Red), for rejected suggestions.
    • Checkmark (Green), for accepted suggestions.
    • Exclamation Point (Blue), for good, but sadly impractical suggestions (e.g. better suited for a mod).

Moderators/Admins/Developers would be able to change by a series of buttons at the top of each discussion. When a suggestion is given a verdict, it is either:

    • Locked (In the case of X and Exclamation point verdicts, with the appropriate lock message (e.g. Rejected)
    • Message (In the case of other suggestion verdicts (except Question Mark), a message is auto-appended (e.g. Congratulations! Your Suggestion Was Approved)

This way, no staff member has to say, "Give more information!!!!!1111!!" or "NO MOVING SOLIDS, AND IF YOU SUGGEST IT AGAIN YOU GET A FORUM BAN" for the 10th time. They can simply click a button.

Plus, you can actually know if your suggestion will be added. Hearing a regular user say, "Rejected. This is because your feature won't work, even though i'm not a member of the development team and think code is just complicated computer stuff." is unclear, and a developer posting is highly unlikely. Seeing the checkmark/X icon would clear up that confusion.
