This is a Message Queue system that allows delaying of data transmission through a device. You can slow the(quite fast) movement speed of the spark by making the metal METL in place of INWR, and you can slow the release rate by changing the sparking method(currently a capacitor). Feel free to use this in your creations, so long as credit is given.
