    MIRR - Mirror

    Characteristics:

    • Color: rgb(237, 237, 237)

    • Description: “Mirror, reflects photons based on CTYPE.”

    • Category: Sensors

    • Can selectively reflect PHOT.

    Properties:

    • 2 .TMP Modes:

      • .TMP of 0 - Photons matching MIRR's CTYPE are reflected, and photons not matching pass through (with velocity and direction preserved).
      • .TMP of 1 - Photons matching MIRR's CTYPE pass through, and photons not matching are reflected.
    • Based on MIRR's CTYPE, PHOT will either be relflected, or pass through.

    Uses:

    • Quick and dirty comparison (for optical logic).

    • Augmented FILT logic
    • Compact spectrometers
  • Supercrafter

You can already do all of that.

How? FILT cannot reflect PHOT in any of its modes. I know other elements can reflect PHOT, but there are none that could alone act like this suggestion.

FILT, with another material to reflect the PHOT next to it.

Sure, yes, the PHOT would be reflected if it had the right CTYPE, but if it didn't, it would just disappear (instead of passing through the FILT/DMND).
