'Jacobs Ladder' device, any ideas for improvement?

I decided to make a TPT version of a Jacobs Ladder electric effect and I've gotten it down pretty well. Since TPT lacks anything like real lightning, so I tried plasma, but that quickly destroys any connecting wires, so I'm using ARAY. However, I'm not sure how I can improve the design any further, other than sort of messing around with the top of the metal pole that I have there.

Sometimes, when people don't have anything interesting to say, they don't post.

I like it, but what does it do?

It doesn't really do anything. I just wanted to replicate that special effects thing. Unfortunately, there aren't any electrical arcs per se in TPT. Plasma would work if it weren't for the fact that it has a tendency to melt the connecting wire, making it a one shot device. So I went for BRAY since it had the advantage of being able to pass through walls, that way I could keep the water in a column because otherwise it veers off due to pressure and the BRAYS getting in the way.

    How about making it repeat???

What about insulating the conducting wire?

Easy as putting a battery onto the on switch. Its just that the BRAYS fill up the central area after a while.

Hrm, I'll look into how well that works.

Or better yet, turn off heat sim!

Using the insulated wire actually works very well. An upgrade using plasma is under construction right now.

Edit: Developed a good cooling system so that it doesn't self destruct too much and its looking pretty good with plasma. Also, whoever decided to add the tag saying 'fail-much' should have waited.
