I would normally say I'm cautiously optimistic, but considering it has multiplayer, I'm very excited :P Plus colonies and interstellar travel sound like a lot of fun, hopefully things are set up cleanly enough that I can figure that all out without spending hours reading the wiki about how it all works

Yeah, I have around 200 hours in KSP (Not a lot to some) so i'm pretty damn hyped to play with some friends and literally launch ICBMs to eachother.

I would play it, if it were sized down to fit on mobile, guess that won't be a thing anytime soon, unless we make portable powerhouses running Android. 

Its expensive for its price and it might lag my laptop and i dont have ram sticks laying around  and i only have integrated graphics and a

hard disk drive.
