can we have a option that allow us to rotate builds like few degrees?
Nope, for the reason outlined here.
But it still can be useful for decorative builds like cities or spaceships. This script can be used to demonstrate what would happen (Before rotation uncheck 'safe mode' checkbox for higher quality)
