After realizing that frezze water doesn't turn to ice within a liquid wall, I thought I'd use that property to make a frezze ray.  But instead of blasting out of the nozzle, it just spills out and falls down.  How do I get the frezze ray to blast the frezze water out?  Also, does FRAY not work on liquids?
