    It's objectively not difficult to code, and even if it was, that probably wouldn't be reason enough to not code it. It's just something that doesn't have much use beside allowing multiple WIFI-based contraptions that weren't built with one another in mind to exist in a single simulation (if you can't tell, that's extremely specific).

     

    I'm not going to claim that the developers' personal taste doesn't influence what makes it into the game and what doesn't, but there's a good deal of objective reasoning involved when accepting or rejecting a suggestion, and it certainly doesn't stop at "difficult to code". (It does often stop at "way outside the context of the game" though.)

    It can be made if they made wifi and emp waves instead of a whole screen things

    It might be interesting if it could be turned on and off. But consider a modular device with interchangeable parts that could be copied and pasted in. It would then be possible to use wifi freely, because the unused moduless could be kept shielded. Call it Faraday wall. It might have all sorts of uses.
