Characteristic:

1) it acts similar to graviton except it doesn't have a gravitational pull, instead it moves around in the air until It finds something powered and it runs through it and removes all the spark from it.

2) it's gray

3) maybe it has a solid or powder verso of it that just creates a small lightning spark when con contact with something powered then removes the power from it completely.

4) maybe it could move towards things that are powered like as if the the spark has gravity then discharges on contact.

Uses:

1)make a device that just kill the power of nearby thing's instead of what emp does and start melting everything the creating an infinite power loop.

2) Create a emergency stop button.
